The application deadline is October11. Seats are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To submit the CLS application, please complete the form on the right.
You may complete the application for yourself or nominate another individual. Please provide the applicant’s contact details, including name, email address, and best contact telephone number. Applications with missing information will not be considered.
*Chapter or Nominee is responsible for all travel-related expenses incurred in conjunction with attending an in-person event. Breakfast and lunch will be included on November 8th. See CLS webpage for keynote speakers and the most up-to-date schedule.
