To submit the CLS application, please complete the form on the right.

Chapter Officers may nominate an aspiring (or future) chapter leader to attend CLS. Please provide the applicant’s contact details, including name, email address, and best contact telephone number. Applications with missing information will not be considered.

*Chapter or Nominee is responsible for all travel-related expenses incurred in conjunction with attending an in-person event. Lunch will be included on Monday, May 11. See CLS webpage for the most up-to-date schedule.
